Press Release Summary = Help is needed urgently to capture the guilty person and to
bring him to swift justice

Press Release Body = I have received a new Coby DVD Home Theatre System as a gift
from my employer. The DVD drive did not eject. I wrote the manufacturer which is
COBY Electronics. The representative of Coby Technical Department Mr Mike Hardial
told me to send the product to the factory to have it rectified. I sent the product
via Fedex International. The SN. is 1114004799. The Tracking # is 8587 4923 3336
After waiting for some time I did not heard from Coby Electronics so I contacted
Coby Electronics Technical Department to inquire about the status of the product.

Mr Mike Hardial replied stating ( Please stop contacting us daily and read up on
your warranty. Our warranty policy clearely state that \'Please allow 6-8 weeks
during the month of November- Feb for return of your product. This is your order
number RAT# 0026551. We received your product on delivery date Dec 26, 2006 9:09 am.
The data entry department entered your order on 1/27/2007 sofar you are still within
the 6-8 weeks return time of your new product. Please give us some more time for the
replacement of your new unit.Mike Hardial Coby Electronics Corp.Rust Street Maspeth,
NY. 11378) He also asked me to send a certified check or a money order of US$6.00
to pay for the return shipping I have registered the certified Managers Cheque to
Customer Service Coby Electronics Corp.56- 65 Rust Street Masperh, NY 11378on
February 12, 2007.

After waiting for some time I did not receive anything. I wrote to inquire. Mr Mike
Hardial replied, ( Do you have tracking on the letter? The tracking will show if
the unit was delivered to us. So far, it does not show that we received your mo
order or have processed your mail. Mike Hardial Coby Electronics Corp. 56-65 Rust
Street Maspeth, NY 11378) I have resent the letter and the Certified Managers
Cheque via Fedex International. The tracking has confirmed that the product has
been received by Coby Electronics. Time has passed and I never received anything.
I have seen in the press where other customer of Coby Electronic has suffered the
same fate as I have suffered. This appears to be is a clear case of Fraud but Coby
Electronics does not seemed to be concerned about that problem.Coby dosent seemed
to be a good place to do busines. I would not recoment Coby Electronics to any one.
